Fixed Bid projects
In this scenario we start with a free consultation
to determine the scope of your project.
From that we will present you with a fixed
bid for the project. The bid is directly
tied to a clearly defined list of deliverables.
Payments are either structured with a 50%
down payment and a 50% payment upon the
satisfactory completion of your project.
For larger projects we can break up the
fee into a series of smaller payments tied
to completion of various phases of the project.
The fixed bid option is best suited for
clients with a clearly defined set of objectives
who want to stay within a particular budget.
Hourly Open Ended
In this scenario we bill only for hours
performed on a weekly or bi-monthly basis.
The standard rate is $75. In some cases
rates are negotiable at the sole discretion
of Rustys.biz, Inc. We offer a 20% discount
to certain non-profits, charitable organizations
and artists.
The hourly option is best suited for clients
who either seek a more ongoing service or
who do not have a more open set of objectives.
Service/Stock/Goods Exchange
In certain cases we will allow an exchange
of services, goods or equity in exchange
for our services. The decision whether or
not to engage in such an exchange is the
sole discretion of Rustys.biz, Inc.
As a rule exchange of equity will not exceed
20% of the total value of the project and
will require on the part of the stock issuer
an official, signed stock certificate that
indicates the exact number of shares to
be received.
For exchange of services to hour to hour
ratio will be determined by Rustys.biz.
For goods the exchange will be a dollar
for dollar comparison.
Collaboration
Rustys.biz draws on a network of talented,
experienced professionals to perform service
for its clients. These individuals act as
subcontractors for Rustys.biz, not full
time employees. When you have a project
